Returns & Exchanges

At Pickett London, we strive for perfection in every luxury leather good we craft; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your Pickett account or visit our returns portal to initiate your request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original Pickett presentation box and secondary shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
